1.A 33 Yr primigravida present with pain in the abdomen at 28 weeks of gestation came to the emergency department after motorcycle collision in an unconscious state. Basic resuscitative measures taken- airway, breathing, circulation assessed and CPR started. It has been 4 minutes since CPR was started and till now no response noted. What is the next best step?
